How does this service work?
Go online to www.pickupalimas.ca. Select your items and place in your cart. When you have finished browsing and selecting, proceed to checkout. You check out with your credit card. Your card information is secure.
As you check out you are asked to provide your email address. This is important. As soon as you complete your transaction, you will receive an email with your order details, and an Order Number. Also you will see instructions as to where you should park, and, you will be provided with a special telephone number to call.
When you come to Alima's at your specified time, and you park, call the number. A staff member will ask you for your order number, your name, and will verify that you have parked in the designated curbside-pickup area.
Someone will then bring the order to the car. Wait times for your order average about 5 minutes.
